EQUIPMENT & FISHING GUIDELINES

Rods, Bait & Ice:
Rods, tackle, bait, and ice are included in your charter package. Salt ice is provided to keep your fish fresh. We recommend using our chilly bin to avoid clutter and hazards.

Vessel Facilities:
The vessel has a cabin accommodating all passengers and a fully functional toilet.

Dress:
Warm clothing is essential, even during warmer months.

Food & Refreshments:
Please bring your food and drinks. only 2 cans of alcohol are allowed per person.

CANCELLATION & PAYMENT POLICY

Payment Terms:

A 30% deposit is required to book a trip.
You will need to make the remaining full payment before departure.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancel 8 days or more before the charter: Full refund.

Cancel 7 days before: 50% refund.

Cancel within 3 days: No refund.

Cancellation Due to Weather:
Customers will be notified the night before if the weather is not suitable. 

Mechanical issues beyond our control may cause delays or cancellations. Customers can reschedule the preferred date or cancel their trip.

Fish ‘n’ Trips Charters accepts no responsibility for personal injury or damage to property. 

Clients must adhere to fishing regulations and ensure their fish comply with legal size and quota limits.
